Right of Withdrawal

Made-to-Order Exemption

All pieces by ATÉLIER JIVOMIR are made to order only and produced individually to your specifications. As such, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase under:

• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)
• UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b)

This exemption covers goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that your item is produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold, and that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

What This Means for You

Once your order is confirmed and production has commenced, you are not entitled to cancel your order or return the item solely on the basis of the statutory right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us immediately.
