The wonderful Dita Garbo Wearing custom Jivomir Domoustchiev for Ru Paul Drag Race UK Season 6. Having collaborated on a number of projects it was only natural that for this seasons Drag Race Dita chose a number of my iconic looks for her appearances. Including and starting with the Iconic Half and Half Star Glitter coat. Also wearing The Iconic Bubble PUF Coat from my Reimagine Our Future Collection and The Succubai Set in black vinyl. Simply incredible in these images. Whilst Dita sadly did not win the competition her pure grace and overwhelming stature will flourish as she nurtures her music career with the hit song 'Dance Bitch' the video for which also features some of my custom looks :) All looks can be ordered via my store page.

Wendy Bevan wearing Jivomir Domoustchiev for Harper Bazaar Italia

I was approached by stylist Joanna Hir on this project which was not only a feature in Bazaar Italia but also a multi media exploration of how we present the future. Multi artist musician Wendy Bevan also photographed these images of herself performing. Wearing both my white asymmetric sculpture dress from a selection stayed with my cuffs. Secondly the Black net Star Opera coat looking incredible. Both available to special order via my collections pages. Shot on location at the incredible W1 Creates where I recently launched my Digital Collection and film Ghost Stories.

RE/CREATE JIVOMIR DOMOUSTCHIEV COUTURE SHOW

Only a few weeks after my Debut Pure Kink show in New York I was asked to showcase in my home city of London as part of the RE/Create show platform a show directed by Minion Lou and Produced by YouYou Zhou. I have been dreaming of showing a pure fashion expression in London. This finally just felt right. Staged at St Johns Church Hyde Park a venue I grew up next to and also on the street outside the iconic Selfridges. I chose to show a cross section of my favourite pieces from my collections. I don't work seasonally and to me fashion is about wearing your favourite pieces and almost like a child layering those pieces to create a pure wearable individual sculpture. I asked my dear friend and visionary stylist Sayuri Bloom to oversee the styling of the show as it coincided with the launch of her new creative project Lumen magazine. Having an outside eye is essential to touch what is modernity. As designers we can get lost in our unequivocal vision.
