Shipping

All items are hand crafted to order in our  London Atelier.  We aim to fulfil all orders within 1-2 weeks of receiving the order. For the bigger pieces It 4-6 weeks. You can reach out to us to check how long your order will take before or after purchase please email us on jivomirdomoustchiev@icloud.com  Each item shows you in the description how long it usually takes to craft.  If there are delays we will contact you with estimate shipping date.  As all items are shipped from London during working week days please appreciate transit times to different countries may vary.  If you require expedited shipping this is possible at checkout also if the order is urgent please reach out and it maybe possible to prioritise your needs.

Full tracking is provided.

Please note some of our printed items are made outside of our atelier and are shipped directly from our trusted print partners. Upon Purchase you will also receive tracking directly from them. Cost of shipping here is determined by them. As we try to print locally to you shipping costs here are minimal.

Within the UK we ship with Royal Mail and UPS which is a free service to you unless you require expedited shipping which is charged at £20.

Worldwide we ship via Royal Mail, FedEx and UPS and Please choose between regular £20 and expedited £50 shipping. Expedited shipping also pushes your order to be crafted at the earliest possible opportunity. 

Please look out for shipping promotions as we regularly offer Free International shipping on all orders over £400

Please Note If you area based in East London you can select collection from our atelier as an option which of course is free of charge. Reach out to us before purchase and we will remove the shipping cost.

A courier service within London is an option also for you at cost.
