Returns Policy

At Jivomir Domoustchiev all items are hand crafted to order only. They are individual fashion sculptures created sized to the customers requirements. This is done to minimise waste and to be kinder to our environment.  As such we cannot refund orders. If the items arrive faulty we will of course replace them promptly. As i personally create pack and ship everything this should not happen.  Normally all our shipments are insured as I only use Royal Mail, Fedex or UPS for shipments so if lost by them your order will be replaced by me.  We will work with you closely prior to order to advise and recommend the items that are best suited to your needs and body shape and desires.
